Glacial Glow Acrylic Abstract. 24" x 30" Glow Art on stretched Canvas.
This is the one of a kind, original, Acrylic painting on stretched canvas.
Constructed on Archival quality, gallery wrap stretched canvas with only high quality, professional artist quality acrylic paints and materials.
The entire surface was primed with a generous coat of gesso to protect canvas and prevent paints and mediums from cracking or peeling.
Thick layer of Titanium white was applied.
Glow in the dark powder was mixed into medium and applied. ( strontium aluminate powder, 10-12 hour glow time)
Layers of cobalt blue, Silver (with metallic mica) where mixed and applied
Crushed mirrored glass where applied on top of glow powder in choice spots  to give a unique twist to this creation.
The entire painting is protected with several applications of archival,  UV protected,  acrylic gloss varnish.
