Subtle Flames #1.  Bamboo Charcuterie Board.  Beautifully designed and hand-crafted design on 19” x 6.25” x .6” paddle board style bamboo cutting board. This board had many stages of creation. Sanded, Sealed, 2 x background paint, black resin applied, red-orange-yellow applied and manipulated in several stages. So much depth and movement of color in this piece, the photos just don't do it justice.  Decorated area is taped off, sealed and painted prior to resin application. Food safe Artresin with added resin tints is then applied and manipulated to achieve desired result. Board front and back is fine sanded and has had food safe bamboo oil soaked and rubbed in thoroughly then bamboo wax is applied for added protection.
